  • How much does it cost?

Projects begin at $6,000, which serves as our entry-level package with a streamlined scope and minimal deliverables. Investment scales based on creative complexity, asset volume, talent, set design, and overall campaign needs. After our discovery call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal tailored to your project.

    Do you offer retainers?

Yes. We offer 6 and 12 month retainer options for brands producing ongoing evergreen content or specific seasonal product launches. Retainers are structured at a discounted rate compared to one-off projects and are a strong way to maintain consistency while maximizing long-term value.

  • What’s required to book your services?

To secure your production dates, we require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit based on your selected package. This locks in your schedule and allows us to begin pre-production planning.

When is the second payment due?

The remaining 50% is due once deliverables are approved and ready for release. This final payment covers post-production, file preparation, and delivery.

    Do you take rush projects?

Depending on availability, we can accommodate accelerated timelines. Rush projects may require adjusted pricing to account for compressed production schedules.

What happens if a project is canceled?

If a project is canceled after pre-production has begun, costs incurred up to that point are non-refundable.

  • Can I request revisions during pre-production?

Yes. Feedback rounds are included based on your selected package. Pre-production typically includes mood boards, shot lists, visual direction, and voiceover scripting where needed. Major changes after approval may require an adjusted scope.

What if feedback slows the timeline?

Timely collaboration keeps projects moving. Delays in approvals or consolidated feedback may shift production and delivery timelines.

  • How many revisions are included in the final assets?

The exact amount depends on scope and is outlined in your content package selected.

    Do you provide raw footage?

No. We deliver finished, performance-ready content that reflects the approved creative direction. Raw files are not included.

What aspect ratios are final assets delivered in?

We deliver in all aspect ratios. 16:9, 1:1, 4:3, 9:16. Assets are delivered in platform-ready formats optimized for paid media, web, and social placements.

    Do you archive deliverable files?

Final assets are archived for 60 days following delivery. Long-term storage of project files is not guaranteed unless arranged beforehand.

  • When should I send the product?

Please wait until the project agreement is signed. Once confirmed, you’ll receive shipping instructions and delivery details via email.

What happens if a product arrives damaged or late?

We recommend sending extra units in case of shipping damage or imperfections. If products arrive significantly late or unusable, the shoot may need to be rescheduled, which could incur additional fees.

Do I need to pay for set design materials?

Set design materials are included within the proposal pricing. If a specific request exceeds the agreed scope, a revised quote will be provided for approval before moving forward.

Do you provide models for the shoot?

Yes. Hand models are included as needed based on your package. Face model talent can be arranged and may involve additional talent fees and hair and makeup coordination.

  • Can I be involved during the shoot in person?

In short, no. Everything is aligned during pre-production so shoot day stays focused and smooth. You’re welcome to join remotely via a live link or check in at key moments throughout the day.

    How does remote viewing work?

On shoot day, you’ll receive a private live link to monitor production in real time. You can provide feedback at scheduled checkpoints without needing to be on set.

  • How is usage handled?

Most projects include digital and paid media usage. Extended usage, broadcast rights, or long-term licensing can be structured as needed.

Do you help market the videos?

We focus on strategy, production, and final delivery. While we can share insight based on campaign experience, we do not provide ongoing marketing or distribution services.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the complexity of the package you choose, but in most cases from strategy to final delivery within a four to six week time span.

  • Do you use AI?

Yes. We use AI as a tool during storyboarding and pre-production to explore ideas and visualize direction. It functions as an input device, not an output device.

Are any of your final photos and videos AI-generated?

No. Final deliverables are captured in-camera using real products, real lighting, and real motion. We believe in real humans crafting thoughtful, artistic work as a professional service.

Why not just generate everything with AI?

AI can assist with concept exploration, but food and beverage brands rely on authenticity and trust. Real light interacting with your actual product ensures what consumers see reflects reality. We use modern tools thoughtfully, but we don’t replace human craft with automation.
