FAQs

-
What does it cost?
Projects start at $8,000, which covers a streamlined scope with a focused set of deliverables.
From there, investment scales based on creative complexity, number of assets, talent, set design, and usage. More involved concepts, larger deliverable sets, or expanded usage will naturally increase the scope.
After a discovery call, we’ll put together a tailored proposal based on what you’re trying to accomplish.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes. We offer 6 and 12 month retainers for brands producing ongoing content or supporting product launches.
Retainers are structured at a lower rate than one-off projects and are designed to get more value out of a single, larger production.
By planning ahead, we batch capture a larger volume of content within a consistent visual system, giving your brand months of assets to roll out over time.
-
What’s required to book your services?
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to lock in your production dates. Once that’s in place, we move straight into pre-production.
When is the second payment due?
The remaining 50% is due once deliverables are approved and ready for release. This final payment covers post-production, file preparation, and delivery.
Do you take rush projects?
Depending on availability, we can accommodate accelerated timelines. Rush projects may require adjusted pricing to account for compressed production schedules.
What happens if a project is canceled?
If a project is canceled after pre-production has begun, costs incurred up to that point are non-refundable.
-
Can I request revisions during pre-production?
Yes. Feedback rounds are included based on your selected package. Pre-production typically includes mood boards, shot lists, visual direction, and voiceover scripting where needed. Major changes after approval may require an adjusted scope.
What if feedback slows the timeline?
Timely collaboration keeps projects moving. Delays in approvals or consolidated feedback may shift production and delivery timelines.
-
When should I send the product?
Please wait until the project agreement is signed. Once confirmed, you’ll receive shipping instructions and delivery details via email.
What happens if a product arrives damaged or late?
We recommend sending extra units in case of shipping damage or imperfections. If products arrive significantly late or unusable, the shoot may need to be rescheduled, which could incur additional fees.
Do I need to pay for set design materials?
Set design materials are included within the proposal pricing. If a specific request exceeds the agreed scope, a revised quote will be provided for approval before moving forward.
Do you provide models for the shoot?
Yes. Hand models are included as needed based on your package. Face model talent can be arranged and may involve additional talent fees and hair and makeup coordination.
-
Can I join the shoot in person?
Shoot days are designed to stay focused and crew-only. Since direction is finalized ahead of time, everything runs smoothly without you needing to be there in person. You’re always welcome to follow along remotely and stay connected throughout the day.Can I join in remotely?
Absolutely. If you’d like to stay connected throughout the day, we provide a private remote call-in link. You can offer feedback at scheduled checkpoints without needing to be on set. -
Do you provide raw footage?
No. We deliver polished, performance-ready content aligned with the approved creative direction. Raw files are not included.
What formats are final assets delivered in?
Final assets are delivered in all aspect ratios. Platform-ready formats optimized for paid media, web, and social placements. Custom specifications can be accommodated if provided in advance.
Do you archive project files?
Final assets are delivered and archived for 60 days. Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
-
How is usage handled?
Standard projects include digital and paid media usage. Extended usage, broadcast rights, or long-term licensing can be added based on your needs.
Do you help market the videos?
We focus on strategy, production, and final delivery. While we can share insight based on campaign experience, we don’t provide ongoing marketing or distribution.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on the scope, but most projects run 4–6 weeks from strategy through final delivery.
-
How We Use AI?
We use AI as a tool during storyboarding and pre-production to explore ideas and visualize direction. It functions as an input device, not an output device.
Is any of our work AI-generated?
No. Final deliverables are captured in-camera using real products, real lighting, and real motion. We believe in real people crafting thoughtful, high-quality work.
Why not use AI for final visuals?
We don’t believe in presenting a version of your product that isn’t real. Everything we deliver is captured to reflect the product as it actually exists.
-
What kind of brands do you work best with?
We’re a strong fit for food, beverage, health & wellness, and pet brands that value thoughtful, product-focused creative.
Is this right for early-stage brands?
Yes, as long as there’s alignment on scope, investment, and a shared appreciation for the work.
Whether you’re launching your first campaign or scaling nationally, the goal is the same: create content that reflects the quality of your product and supports long-term growth.
Who might not be the right fit?
If you’re looking for UGC-style content or hyper-realistic CGI visuals, we may not be the best fit.
